Consistency is our mission. Here’s how we do it:
Most of our customers have been with us for decades because they can rely on us. They know we won’t sell inventory that’s allocated to them just to make an extra buck and once we agree on a contract price we have never changed it, even if the market changes. To ensure our customers have no production delays we only use high quality products, dependable shippers, and provide all necessary documentation ahead of time.
We remain diligent in keeping our pricing advantage by constantly monitoring market trends and harvest reports. Being family owned/operated, our margin doesn’t have to factor in a secretary or corporate boss’s wages where our competition does and we pass those savings on to you.
We will go the extra mile for you by being available after 5pm and even weekends. We do the small things for our customers like taking orders and samples ourselves when a shipper missed a pickup or sending a larger sample size if needed. With us, business is between people not companies.
